As most guitarists and studio musicians already know, it is virtually impossible to record natural sounding guitar tracks via the output jack (preamp out, line output, recording output or speaker output) of any guitar amp. The warm sound desired by most guitarists can only be created by the speaker of a good sounding guitar amp being mic'd in the right environment. Direct amplifier outputs sound fake, fuzzy and extremely harsh. The AxeTrak® isolation cabinet eliminates this problem by allowing the user to connect directly from the speaker jack of their guitar amp to the input jack of the AxeTrak®. The output of the AxeTrak® is then plugged into a recording console, mixing board or computer soundcard using a standard low impedance microphone cable.
The Quick and Easy Way to Audition and Test Pickups On Your Guitar Test and audition standard size guitar pickups on your guitar without having to change, remove or even loosen your strings You won't need a soldering iron to connect your pickup under test You won't need to remove your pick-guard and pickup ring to access critical wiring No need to remove back plate plastic to access critical wiring Tester mounts quickly and easily anywhere on the smooth finished surface of guitar Quickly audition series, parallel and split coil wiring configurations on mulit-wire pickups with our 3-way switch mounted on circuit board The device works on the principle that it doesn't matter if the pickup is mounted under or above the strings, as long as the distance between the pickup and the strings is the same, you will get the same results. Our ARTIC Guitar & Instrument Cables are designed to deliver natural sound and tones while minimizing external noise and hum. We hand-build our cables in the USA with top quality components and rock-solid dependability. We start with our cable, containing a center conductor made from 20 strands of 0.012 awg bare copper wire, covered in a polyethylene dialectic, which is then wrapped in black carbon PVC layer. This special layer is used to eliminate “micro phonics”, which is the noise produced when tapping or moving a cable when used with a high impedance voltage circuit (as an electric guitar). A spiral shield is then used to further reduce noise with a PVC outer jacket that resist sharp edges and abrasion while also allowing for maximum cable flexibility. Just as important, we terminate every cable with our rugged ARTIC ¼” plug. These exclusive connectors feature quality metal and plating plus a 360 degree strain relief, which restrains the cable pulling away from the soldered contact points. Each cable is inspected and computer tested to ensure consistent performance and reliability. ARTIC Guitar & Instrument Cables include a limited lifetime warranty. MADE IN USA.
FingerWeights are a weighting device that straps or slides on each finger used to strengthen and condition the extensor and flexor muscles, the fine motor muscles of the hands responsible for finger and thumb movement. The extensor muscles are used to open the fingers and are the speed muscles that take you from one note to the next. The flexors close the fingers and are muscles employed for pushing movements. The additional mass on the fingers when training isolates the precise muscles and tendons used for the targeted activity. The benefits of training with FingerWeights extends to the wrists and forearms. FingerWeights are guaranteed to improve performance, prevent injury and rehabilitate.

GUITAR-JO is an electric guitar accessory that makes your guitar sound like a banjo. Six individual dampeners are lowered so that they gently touch the strings; that contact with the strings gives your guitar a banjo twang. HOW IT STARTED: The creator, Jon Langberg, wanted a banjo sound for a song he was doing for a musical performance. He didn’t want to buy a banjo and learn it, so he tried to find digital guitar effects, which he soon found fell drastically short. Jon discovered that dampening guitar strings using a cloth produced a sound similar to a banjo. However, the results were inconsistent, with the cloth often falling out of place while playing. He designed and built a plexiglass dampening device that attached to his guitar with suction cups. The plexiglass contained Velcro® on its underside, which could be lowered onto the strings (or raised if too much pressure was applied). It produced a sound that was much more consistent with that of a real banjo. It was developed over time to a 6-pad device to allow for more individual control. The device now attaches using microsuction material, which does not leave any sticky residue.
